Valborg was formed in spring 2002. We recorded several songs each month until summer 2003, which appear on the album "Songs for a Year", published via Zeitgeister Music. From 2003 until 2006 we produced eight more experimental tracks, which are still unreleased. In summer 2007 we started to write new songs and entered the Stonehenge Studio, owned by Oliver Weisskopf, in december 2007. We recorded nine tracks, "live" on analogue equipment. The album, entitled "Glorification of Pain", was mastered by Tom Kvålsvoll at Strype Audio, Oslo. We wanted to catch the true moments of playing together as a band to make these moments more unique, and to get a more natural dirty sound and old school feeling. The album will come out later this year. At the moment we are working on the "Crown of Sorrow" EP with Florian Toyka on drums.
